As a Technical Leader and Software Engineer, I have accumulated over 7 years of experience across various software development sectors, including Telemarketing, Logistics/POS Systems, and the financial market. Currently, I am serving as a Tech Leader, facilitating the establishment of a new department within the company through process automation and the development of scalable workflows, with a focus on cloud cost reduction and revenue diversification. In my role as a Tech Leader, I have led projects that have had a significant operational impact, including cost reduction, resource enhancement, and workflow optimization, particularly in systems handling financial transactions and investment portfolio management. These projects have involved technologies such as NodeJS, React, MongoDB, SQL Server, hosted on AWS with automated CI/CD pipelines, encompassing microservices, monoliths, clean architecture, SOLID principles, and Clean Code. My career spans various projects, ranging from IVR systems to mobile applications, integrations with postal services, internationalization efforts, user onboarding applications, income statement generation, asset tokenization platforms, and liquid fund systems. I have executed batch processing, API integrations, authentication, and POCs to enhance end-user visualization. On the technical front, I am proficient in Ruby on Rails, C#, JavaScript, and Delphi, primarily focusing on backend development. I have expertise in developing applications in C# and NodeJS, T-SQL querying, and MongoDB operations, deploying systems on Windows servers or AWS. I have experience working with various AWS resources (S3, Ledger, RDS, ECS, SNS, Lambda, SQS, Event Bridge, Step Functions), different CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), system architecture, unit/contract/integration testing, integrating them into CI/CD stages applying version rollback depending on the type of test and pipe (CI/CD), relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) or non-relational databases (MongoDB), cache (Redis, Memcached), version control (Git/SVN), Windows services, and IIS. Additionally, I served as a product manager for 7 months, leveraging my product knowledge to deliver regulatory projects until a replacement was hired. Through my extensive exposure to projects, roles in technical leadership, and product management, I continuously strive to deliver software solutions aligned with business objectives, scalability, and security, with the primary goal of reducing operational costs.
