About Gabriel Dushimire

With over nine years of experience in the HR and recruitment industry, I am passionate about helping organisations find and retain the best talent for their digital transformation needs. I have extensive knowledge and skills in developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the offer process, and leading the HR function for a business unit or region. I am also adept at creating and executing new business development and marketing initiatives to expand the client base of S-LINKS, a human size company that provides HR consulting and recruitment services across Europe. Since 2019, as a freelance Talent specialist, I have been responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, ranging from junior to senior level, in the fields of digital transformation (ERP, IT, engineering, and finance). I have successfully identified and sourced qualified candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, and conducted pre-screening interviews and coordinated interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. I have also negotiated employment terms with candidates and ensured a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
