About Gabriel Enea

I'm a pragmatic engineer who enjoys solving real problems with well-designed software. Over the years, I learned that good engineering is as much about people and clarity as it is about code. I like taking complex ideas, breaking them down, and turning them into solutions that are easy to use and maintain. My work has taken me through healthcare, fintech and automotive projects, each one adding a new layer to how I think about systems, data, and long-term architecture. I enjoy the mix of hands-on building, design, and collaborating with teams to make sure we're solving the right problems in the optimal way. Most recently, I spent over six years consulting for Volvo Cars, where I focused on warranty analytics, early issue detection, and large-scale diagnostic data processing. I worked across.NET, Azure, Data Factory, Databricks, Python, and custom tooling to help make vehicle data easier to understand and act on. That chapter has now come to a close, and I'm grateful for everything I learned along the way. Outside of client work, I've always believed in giving back to the community. Co-founding Codecamp Romania - now one of the largest IT conferences in Eastern Europe - has been a rewarding way to support learning, share ideas, and stay connected with people who love technology as much as I do. I'm now looking forward to new collaborations and projects where thoughtful engineering can make a real impact.
