About Gabriel Kitutu

An Industry 5.0 enthusiast with experience in Mechanical Computer Aided Design, Lean Six sigma Manufacturing, PLC programming, pneumatics, robotics and Deep learning in production systems. Currently serving as an Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer with Kiira Motors Corporation, I am proficient in trend and pattern analysis, designing manufacturing processes, cultivating process improvements, developing, implementing and evaluating production systems to solve the challenges of a fast changing automotive manufacturing industry. I am also proactively flexible, dedicated to in-time Root Cause Analysis and solving of engineering problems within highly autonomous and deadline driven industrial production set-ups so as to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. I have further designed several multi-award winning innovation systems and machines in partnership with companies Nile Breweries (AB InBev), Roofings Rolling Mills, John Thompson, Combimax, HVR magnetics, among others. All the innovations were focused on promoting UN SDG goals No. 8, especially target 8.8; SDG goal No.9 and SDG goal No.2. Such include The Blow Down Water Recovery System (BDRS); The Mechano MBM Sprayer I & II; An improved Electro-permanent Industrial Scrap Magnet; Voter reg systems and Autonomous Alimentary systems.
