As Front Desk Staff at Marriott Hotels, I collaborate with my team to deliver excellent customer service and problem solving skills for guests. I handle check-ins, check-outs, calls, emails, and any issues that arise at the property using de-escalation and communication techniques. I also perform financial analysis and office work tasks, using various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. My efforts have resulted in positive feedback and recognition from both guests and managers. I am pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Information Science and Data Analytics from San Jose State University, expected to graduate in Dec 2025. I have a strong interest and aptitude in computer science, data analytics, and information systems. I am eager to apply these skills in a Data Science or Data Analytic setting, my goal would be to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance, using data driven insights and solutions. I am also keen to learn new technologies and methods that can enhance my data analytic capabilities and career prospects.
