About Gabriel McRae

I have recently completed my service of fifteen years active duty with the US Army. In my positions, I have learned to adapt to any situation to meet our company goals I was fortuitous enough to have many opportunities to acquire a number of skills operating heavy equipment. I was also given the opportunity to learn the basics of property accountably to conducting logistical supply. I have also had several remarkable leaders who have taught me the importance of being on time, staying safe in whatever we were doing, while being held properly accountable. Thanks to a number of challenges, I have learned how to be a self-motivator. I also acquired the skills of being a quick study, meanwhile making decisions on the fly staying flexible to meet our company’s goals. The skills or contributions, from my experience have given me the ability to lead, recognize the hazards in the work place, and a total team player no matter the situation. I am currently blessed to be working a great company with the best Drivers and Mechanics around. My Time with HERC Rentals, has allowed me to further hone my abilities with customer service, fleet management, dispatching, and enforcing safety protocols. I am confident in my ability to continue contributing to a successful team.
