The desire to see beyond the knowledge offered on the faculty benches in the field of terrestrial measurements made me want to learn the greatest secrets. The new equipment in the field of terrestrial, civil, photogrammetric measurements are the key to a successful project. UAVs are projected to be a prominent deliverer of civil services in many areas including farming, transportation, surveillance, and disaster management. In this paper, we review several UAV civil applications and identify their challenges. In years of work I learned how to deal with the different challenges and where I have to work. Developing CAD and GIS solutions and services. Designing 2D drawings in specific CAD applications. Translating CAD drawings onto a suitable support. Realization of complex projects using graphical representations / data from external files. Schedule an aerophotography flight to make an orthophotomap. Measurements with GNSS equipment/LIDAR/UAV RTK. Performing volume calculations with Drone and GPS/ 3d models on different constructions
