About Gabriel Render

I have been in the retail industry for over fifteen years now, and the past twelve years in management with the same company. During my career at GameStop, I have managed multiple locations throughout the treasure valley, and even managed multiple locations simultaneously as an SL2 for a period of two+ years. I've consistently led my teams to profitable results, exceeding sales and profit goals, while upholding award winning customer service standards, and have received multiple awards for top ten percent finishes (company wide) in a variety of key performance indicators. Moreover, our district has been number one in the company 3 of the last 4 years, and has consistently performed in the top half of the company, if not top ten percent. This is a direct result of leadership, hiring, training, and execution.On the other side of my career path, I have been in Christian ministry since an adolescent and have worked in various capacities over the years as a youth pastor and other church specific ministry positions.This has culminated in my current position as assistant pastor and elder at Sovereign Grace Fellowship in Nampa. There I'm the youth pastor, as well as any Sunday school teacher, rotational children's minister, and preach 4-6 times a year.I completed my M.T.S. with intentions to enter full-time ministry in the future.
