About Gabriel Salcedo

I enjoy helping people feel supported, connected, and confident in accessing the resources they need. In my role at the New York City Bar Association, I work closely with members, prospective members, and program participants to make sure their experience is smooth and positive. Whether it’s answering questions, coordinating events and CLE programs, or guiding someone through membership benefits, I strive to provide thoughtful and reliable support every day. Before this, I gained experience in customer service and operations, where I learned the value of clear communication, patience, and problem-solving. Those experiences taught me how to adapt quickly, listen closely, and find solutions that make a real difference for clients and colleagues alike. I’m passionate about building genuine connections and creating an environment where people feel welcome and valued. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing in membership strategy, program management, and leadership so I can expand the impact I make in member and client experiences. I also enjoy learning and growing as a professional. I regularly seek out opportunities to strengthen my skills, including a recent six-month training program with Oxygen LLC where I earned a Manager Essentials certification.
