I have spent many years helping companies with talent acquisition and developing high-performing teams within complex B2B. I drive growth by building strategies, engagement, and thriving teams. Ever since I finished my military service 22 years ago, I’ve had the privilege of working with sales and people. Most of my experience comes from sales within the IT/Tech sector, where I’ve held roles such as Sales Coach, Team Manager, and Sales Specialist. I’ve always worked in customer-facing positions and have a true passion for building strong relationships. I’ve learned an incredible amount in recent years, and one achievement I’m especially proud of and that’s closest to my heart is that I’ve managed to create over 60 jobs per year for people in IT/Tech. This makes me particularly happy, as I find joy in seeing others succeed and grow. Now I want to make the job market even better for talented people in IT/Tech. That’s why I’ve chosen to start and invest in Maxitech, an employee-owned consulting company for those who want to achieve competence, freedom, and work-life balance. For me personally, the key to a healthy company lies in its employees, and in order to have engaged employees, it’s absolutely crucial to have engaged leaders. I believe that we grow together by listening to and understanding the employees’ need for balance between work and personal life.
