We select the finest grapes from our own vineyards in the Temecula Valley and Lodi region of Northern California and test our wines through every step of the winemaking process in our own facility. Our passion is reflected in our final product, a wine that rivals the best in the world. By staying involved and knowing how their vineyards are managed, the best winemakers begin making their wines as soon as the grapes set small berries in the spring. Strict canopy control, limited irrigation and controlled vigor ensure that all bunches receive plenty of sunlight to develop rich flavors and deep color. We dutifully watch our grapes throughout the summer and into the harvest season, testing and inspecting them frequently.
