About Gabriel Vidal

With over two decades of global expertise in presales and value consulting, I am a seasoned leader driving transformative outcomes for SaaS and technology organizations. My journey began as a wireless telecom engineer at Lucent Technologies, optimizing cell phone systems across Latin America. After earning an MBA from Oxford University, I transitioned to Europe, excelling in Sales Consulting at edocs, Siebel Systems, and Oracle, where I led high-impact presales teams across the ECEMEA region, specializing in SaaS solutions. Since 2015, I’ve been a pivotal leader at DecisionLink (now xfactor.io), a fast-growing software startup. My focus on value consulting has empowered global leaders like IBM, ServiceNow, Adobe, CrowdStrike, and others to build and execute robust Global Value Programs, driving measurable revenue growth and customer success. My presales expertise combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, enabling teams to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions that resonate with clients. I thrive on leading U.S. and international presales and value consulting teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence to consistently surpass targets. My approach blends sharp communication, empathetic coaching, and mentorship to unlock team potential and deliver exceptional results. Beyond work, I’m an avid body surfer and mountain biker, a dedicated husband of 24+ years, and a proud father of two college students.
