Hello and Greetings! I'm Gabriel, a highly skilled executive focused on continuous improvement of work processes, systems and developing people into better human beings. For the last 30 years I have established myself as a thought leader, team builder, with an approach based on integrity to both work and people. I hold myself to a higher standard of ethics than others, which drives a passion to advance the people around me, my company and myself. When it comes to management, my skills are highly developed, I've been called a great team builder who leads by example. Named as one of the top executives in Codelco (world's largest copper producer with a work force of over employees). My team building involves ensuring diversity, treating the team as a group of individuals working together for the same goal. At my last company, I also stood in for the General Manager, whenever the circumstances required it. When I'm away from the office, I like to read. I love to innovate, always looking for new ways that would improve work processes, reduce re-work, and eliminate unnecessary steps. I get ideas from biographies, philosophies, classical literature, and even spy novels. I feel that even Shakespeare and the mythological heroes can teach one a lot about business dealings and the diversity of people/characters! I'm also a blood donor with over 125 donations to date, and still play a mean game of squash.
