About Gabriela Timofte

As a GDC-registered Dental Nurse since March 2017, I have progressively advanced in my career, transitioning from clinical roles into managerial positions. I began my career at PH Dental Care and Mint Dental Centre, where I developed a solid foundation in dental care. Upon qualifying, I moved to a private practice on Harley Street, where I enhanced my expertise in both general and specialized dentistry, obtaining certifications in Dental Radiography, Dental Implant Nursing, Award in Intravenos Dental Sedation and Phlebotomy.In November 2018, I was promoted to Head Dental Nurse, a pivotal role that enabled me to deepen my knowledge in Infection Control, Health and Safety and CQC compliance. I also gained invaluable leadership experience in managing clinical teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In this capacity, I was responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to regulations, while also supporting my team through coaching and development.I transitioned into the role of Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager at a well-established cosmetic surgery clinic. In this role, I became a key part of the Senior Operational Leadership team, working closely with the Operations Manager and senior clinicians. My responsibilities include managing the delivery of clinical services, implementing and overseeing systems to ensure services align with clinic policies and supporting the senior team with strategic planning and operational improvements. I am actively involved in performance management, financial oversight and the development of service improvement projects focused on quality, patient care and operational efficiency.Additionally, I have completed a Certificate in Accountancy and I am currently pursuing the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting, which enables me to bring financial management insights into my role and further contribute to the clinic’s overall performance and sustainability.With a comprehensive background in clinical practice, management and financial oversight, I am dedicated to driving operational excellence and creating positive experiences for both patients and staff.
