About Gabriella Feingold

If you or your family are managing life transitions, loss, illness, or the aftereffects of trauma, I will provide a comforting environment where you can share your troubles and find new hope. We’ll combine traditional talk therapy with techniques that help calm the nervous system so you can experience more peace in your body and mind. We’ll also consider how the relationships in your life can better contribute to your wellbeing, even in the hardest of times. I believe that therapy should be an enjoyable process, even if it contains challenging moments and feelings. You have worked hard to make it to this point and deserve to experience ease in the therapy room. I am a trained EMDR therapist and draw from motivational interviewing, systemic family therapy, and narrative therapy. I offer individual and family therapy for young adults, adults, and elders. Most of all, it’s important to me that you find the right therapist for you. Reach out and we’ll discuss the possibilities together. I also offer workshops to community and professional groups around self-care, work/life balance, mindfulness, and stress reduction.
