About Gabriella Mello

After graduating in Law in 2011, I took my first steps as a lawyer in São Paulo, where I learned to handle judicial processes from the initial stages until my departure from Brazil. Working in litigation, I developed a strong expertise, starting with mass litigation focused on consumer law and later specializing in insurance law. During this period, I highlight my skills in drafting legal documents and in liaising with the various levels of the Judiciary. In 2018, the opportunity arose to immigrate to Portugal to pursue a Master's degree in Legal and Political Sciences at the University Portucalense, located in Porto. Since then, I have decided to stay in the city. In 2021, I experienced a turning point in my professional path when I transitioned from the legal field to customer relations, discovering a new passion for people management and customer success. This change opened new horizons and allowed me to develop solid leadership and strategic communication skills. In 2025, I took another significant step in my career by assuming the direction of Bureaucracy International Group, where I currently lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing global consulting and personalized support services. In this role, I am responsible for defining strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our clients achieve their goals efficiently and with excellence. This new phase represents the consolidation of my professional evolution, combining my legal background, my experience in customer success, and my commitment to building teams and solutions that make a real impact.
