About Gabriella Paramitha

A dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, where I graduated Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.54/4.00. My academic journey was marked by honors including Best GPA, Best Undergraduate Thesis, and recognition as the Best Graduate in Construction Management. My career has been rooted in contract and risk management, beginning at PT Hutama Karya (Persero). I progressed from Corporate Risk Management Officer to Assistant Manager of Contract Management, where I led governance initiatives, developed policies, and implemented risk mitigation strategies for high-value EPC contracts. I managed teams, built corporate risk systems, and played a key role in dispute resolution and project delivery across more than 60 active projects. Currently, I serve as Associate Manager, Contract Management at Accenture for the Southeast Asia region. My responsibilities span contract administration, training module development, risk reporting, and supporting contract drafting and negotiation. I also lead people and portfolio management efforts and contribute as a faculty member in contract management workshops. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve been honored with the Global Contract Management Value Awards FY25 Cycle 1 (One Legal) in Accenture, recognized as an Exemplary Employee in the EPC Division in PT Hutama Karya (Persero), and selected to represent state-owned enterprises at national and international forums. These experiences reflect my commitment to excellence, leadership, and continuous growth in the field of contract and risk management.
