About Gabrielle Dara
Obtained my Masters in nutrition at North Carolina Central University in 2016. I received my first BS degree in Nutrition Science from North Carolina State University and my second BS in Dietetics at North Carolina Central University. Since then I have worked as a Clinical Dietitian and now run and own a coffee shop. I have a strong interest in nutrition and how it plays a role in the community. I have had the pleasure of assisting in the opening of NCCU's first food pantry for students and faculty on campus and had a role in the student nutrition association on campus. I have volunteered as a teaching assistant at NCSU, a nursery assistant, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and several food pantries throughout the state. Volunteering is my passion, and am working to benefit those in need.
