About Gabrielle Ditchey

Growing up I was heavily involved in competitive soccer, both at a youth and collegiate level. I absolutely loved the complexity of the sport. Developing strategy against a wide range of opponents, sharpening skills through practice, team work, resiliency through adversity and mentoring team members through challenging seasons have served me well through life. The skills I adopted through my soccer career lead me to be a franchise owner and full time soccer coach. I loved the ability to give back and create a positive space for children to develop. After 5 years of being a full time entrepreneur, I was ready to create a more developed career path. Transitioning to a new role within Facility Management opened my eyes to the behind the scenes contributions outsourced organizations provide to the most innovative and industry changing Fortune 500 companies. Being afforded the opportunity to support operations for clients in R&D, manufacturing, distribution and class A office space has provided such a wealth of learnings. I get to to combine my passion for driving meaningful and positive change through people, processes, and business models every day. Although I am not on the field anymore, I look forward to overcoming challenges with my teams, celebrating wins and ensuring we are improving each time we "suit" up.
