I am an experienced and insightful leader with over a decade of experience in conflict transformation, policy analysis, and program management. Currently serving as the Program Director for Applied Conflict Transformation Studies (ACTS) at Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, I oversee and manage both Master’s and PhD programs, mentoring students from across Asia. My role involves supervising thesis and dissertation processes, directing program funding, and coordinating annual regional conferences.Previously, as the Executive Director at Mountain Mediation Services, I managed a non-profit organization with a substantial annual budget, overseeing community mediation programs and implementing restorative justice youth initiatives. My career has been dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive environments, and driving strategic initiatives that deliver tangible results.With a strong background in research, technical consulting, and educational leadership, I have conducted comprehensive analyses and evaluations for various international organizations, enhancing program strategies and support mechanisms. My expertise spans policy analysis, program evaluation, conflict resolution, and advocacy, making me well-equipped to lead diverse teams and drive impactful change.
