I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with further specialist training and qualifications in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). I have a wealth of experience working with individuals with anxiety disorders, depression and PTSD, including in internationally recognised leading services, and have a track record of excellent clinical outcomes. I have special interests in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and perinatal anxiety and depression. In addition to my clinical work, I have substantial experience in supervision, management and service development.
