As a Program Manager for Student Recruitment and Early Assurance Pathway Programs at Texas A&M University College of Medicine, I manage and implement all academic and business operations for multiple programs that prepare undergraduate students from a variety of backgrounds for medical school. With my work experience and a Master's degree in Higher Educational Leadership and Policy, I am passionate about creating meaningful relationships and delivering a high-quality curriculum that fosters innovation, and community engagement in the healthcare sector. I have over fifteen years of experience in higher education, healthcare, and government, where I have developed exceptional skills in project management, relationship building, and communication. I have successfully collaborated with various stakeholders, including higher education institutions, executive committees, and personnel, to meet multiple medical schools' objectives and enrollment needs. I have also demonstrated my ability to handle sensitive issues, comply with policies and procedures, and balance multiple inquiries with limited resources. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute and support the next generation of medical leaders.
