As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, my role is to provide you our client with a personal and professional approach and make the business work for our clients and customers. Proud to be part of the Food & Beverage Team at one of Ireland’s leading destination city resort hotels. Passionate, creative and ambitious. Team leader, with 10 years of experience in the hotel industry starting in France and developing my knowledge and management skills in Ireland for the last 5 years. With experience in a variety of roles such as fine dining experience ( 2 Star Michelin), Breakfast Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, and now as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Always willing for a new challenge & opportunities to improve customer service standards. I am a hard worker and I am able to manage under pressure. I am a self-motivated, professional, focused person who looks to create trust with every co-worker and is willing to solve issues with manner and professionalism. I truly believe that teamwork is essential to achieve better results and goals.
