About Gaetan Meny

My previous job was to manage a department realizing studies in " Electricity / Instrumentation / Control system ". This job with strong technical connotation allowed the emergence and a reflection on management about 30 collaborators (from draftsman to engineer). The coherence, the correctness and the anticipation of my daily actions allowed an efficiency in technico-economic result waited by general management or customers. The all project management disciplines introduced a stronger sensibility for all parts of a project, after EIA activities practised during more than 20 years. With this management experience, and beyond technical aspects, my moment career integrate human dimension. An adequacy of the intrinsic qualities of my collaborators being essential (specialists or studies departments, purchase, construction) I remain persuaded that rigor and formalism as introduction for any technical activities engineering, all steps as call for tenders, studies, purchases or construction. In agreement with Quality Management System it needs an adequate server organization. The standardized approach for engineering services (from feasability to construction - EPC) is a major reference table on almost all projects. Project manager is the heart of customer relationships and consequently commercial aspects. Repeatability of good technico-economic services becomes commercial security, beyond any initial approach.
