I am a Human Resources Management Control Technician with over 4 years of experience in analyzing and supporting the execution of procedures in multinational environments. At Saba Aparcamientos, I contribute to monitoring the activity and results of the area by providing reliable, useful information that respects the ethical principles governing people management, aiming to support fair and transparent decision-making. My work includes maintaining the analytical structure and master data, calculating monthly provisions, supporting budgeting processes, and preparing reports and dashboards to facilitate control and efficiency. I use advanced analytics tools to generate periodic and ad hoc reports, also providing support for internal and external audits. Trained in Administration and Finance (Higher Vocational Training), and currently studying Business Administration and Management at UOC, I complement my profile with skills in applied data science to optimize business management.
