With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I started my career as a Process Quality Manager. Over the years, I have gained extensive international experience, in various locations around the world, including the USA, China, Eastern Europe, India, Italy and Brazil, in the implementation of Lean systems, with a focus on the World Class Manufacturing approach. I have in-depth knowledge of sustainable change management, specifically oriented towards optimising and increasing the efficiency of industrial processes in the automotive and machinery sectors, through the application of the Lean methodology. I also have extensive experience in the implementation and management of quality systems, with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and reducing costs. Project management is another of my strengths, with a proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional and international teams. Managing production systems and defining and optimising Key Performance Indicators. Principal industrial areas; LEAN MANUFACTURING: I have supported the implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), an advanced approach of Lean Manufacturing, in 10 plants in the world (Italy, France, Slovakia, China, India, USA, Brazil) achieving good performances in term of transformation cost reduction (- 8%/year), Quality (strong ppm reduction) and Safety performances (no injuries) I am a trainer for problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 4M analysis, 5 Whys, 5W & 1H), Total Quality Management TQM (QA Matrix, 5Qx0D, Quality Maintenance),Total Productive Maintenance TPM (5S, Machine Ledger, SMP, EWO), Cost Deployment, Work Place Organization (Muri, Mura, Muda, NVAA, Golden and Strike zone, Yamazumi chart, Productivity) and Safety approach (SA Matrix, SEWO, SMAT audit) QUALITY: I have managed all areas of Quality System dept. in different International companies, before as Process Quality Manager, after as Plant Quality Manager till to Corporate Quality Director Good experience of SPC, dimensional checks, Auditing system, Incoming Inspection, Supplier management and development, Process FMEA, Control Plan, Process Control, Customer Management Quality System Certification: I am responsible for implementation of Quality Systems in all our plants.
