I’m just someone who’s curious, competitive, and always looking for ways to improve. Right now, I’m part of the team at SymLiv, a SaaS company focused on community access control and amenity management. My role blends business development and marketing, which means I get to work on both the outbound and creative sides of growth. On the BDR front, I’ve built lead lists from scratch, researched HOAs and gated communities, and developed outreach campaigns that help us start real conversations with decision-makers. On the marketing side, I’ve created case studies, one-pagers, and infographics that explain SymLiv’s value in a clear way, and I’ve helped produce webinars and targeted email campaigns through HubSpot. I also work closely with our sales leadership to test messaging, optimize follow-ups, and make sure marketing is actually driving pipeline. Before SymLiv, I worked at Skywalker Holdings, where I focused on understanding customers and how they saw our products. I conducted market research across different customer segments, ran A/B testing on messaging and outreach strategies, and organized focus groups that compared Skywalker products to competitors. I also helped design and launch NPS surveys to measure customer satisfaction and improve engagement strategies. It was hands-on work that taught me how to turn research and feedback into practical actions that shaped product positioning and brand perception. Even earlier at Club 24, I learned the importance of community-driven marketing. I managed the gym’s social media presence and grew engagement tenfold by creating content that members actually cared about. On top of that, I led my team in gym membership sales, which showed me how important it is to connect marketing with direct results. What really excites me now is the intersection of AI and marketing. Whether it’s analyzing data to understand people better, creating smarter campaigns, or experimenting with generative tools, I see AI as something that can take creativity and strategy to the next level.
