Entered the work industry in landscaping/horticulture while pursuing a degree in horticulture (turf management). Learned professionalism at the highest level taking internships across the country working for PGA sponsored events and other high end country clubs. Skills learned- heavy equipment usage, herbicide/pesticide calculations and applications, Irrigation installation/repair, event planning/schedule management, equipment maintenance/repair, project management, etc. Odd jobs throughout college including retail, insulation installation, ups package handling, and some restaurant experience. After college I began learning a professional trade in flooring installations while actively selling on the side. Skills learned/learning- basic construction knowledge in many fields; electrical, plumbing, carpentry. Construction demo and clean up along with professional appliance and furniture handling, concrete repair, extensive knowledge in using many tools involved in flooring installation and all different installation practices that go along with. Selling experience- B2B, B2C flooring sales along with B2C roofing sales. Selling practices; door to door/cold call, social media posts and company given leads, upselling current clients on product and pushing for more jobs and more locations in B2B sales. Sports Achievements-High School sports accolade; 1st team all state baseball, 1st team all conference 2nd team all state basketball, 2nd team all state football. Career achievements- Successful PGA Celebrity Golf Classic tournament prep and completion as well as the PGA Barracuda championship tournament prep and completion.
