This included Incident and Change Management, using ITIL best practices and industry standard methodologies. • Negotiated Software Licensing and Support Agreement with Microsoft resulting in savings of over $1.3 million over 3-year period. • Designed, engineered and deployed world-class Data Centers housing state-of-the-art Infrastructure, monitoring and security systems, providing fully redundant connectivity and systems, and migrating 13 disparate mainframe applications to single vendor, EPIC Systems. • Implemented application portfolio strategy that eliminated redundancies and replaced outdated high-risk applications, resulting in improved systems and 25% cost reduction. • Successfully took a small Start-Up company with little to no infrastructure and a dysfunctional IT department and developed a world-class, professional, fully functional and cohesive IT team dedicated to providing security, functionality, user support, productivity, connectivity and customer satisfaction and support on a global basis.
