The Marketing Field has always intrigued me. It has so many creative bounds that go into all dimensions of economy, psychology, mathematics, and sociology. It is the psychology of sales and is concerned with Marketing Development, Delivery, and Creation of a company’s goods and services through its company infrastructure and culture. In a Macro level, calculation of potential customer activities which encourage and facilitate exchanges of the company's growth. This includes many non-promotional activities such as research, pricing as applied to goods and services, in both profit (ROI) and non tangible (Brand Awareness & Consistency)contexts. Job duties include but not limited to-Provide reports on competitor trends and/or demographic target market with insight regarding current customer and/or potential customer base, markets, and market campaign effectiveness-Continuously manage multiple research and marketing projects. Making sure that each marketing colleague has a fair opportunity to make company quota goals and commission opportunity-Analyze target market to identify strengths and weaknesses for each marketing program. Delegated marketing staff to research projects as well as basic customer service related needs and Accounts Receivable-Hold and assess a weekly marketing meeting to promote ideas and troubleshooting-Assist in training new employees within the office with the training manual I developed for consistent, structured team help and customer support-Customer service specialist assisting and problem solving and customer experience revolution in a customer service trending economy.
