About Gail McFadden

I’m driven to make accurate, trustworthy information easier to find. This is especially true for people navigating medical issues. SEO (search engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) allow me to bridge the gap between what people need to know and what they’re actually able to discover online. It’s almost like developing content and technical strategies to solve a difficult puzzle. I’m energized by how AI is transforming search. I’m learning everything I can about generative search and how people are using AI tools to get answers about medical symptoms and treatment options. My goal is to help ensure that the information users find, whether through Google, ChatGPT, or any new platform, is accurate and accessible. I see myself as both a strategist and a connector. I love collaborating with project managers, developers, designers, content strategists, analysts, and media teams to craft strategies that deliver value to both our clients and their audiences. I also enjoy jumping in on new business pitches, where I can blend creative storytelling with a discoverability perspective to show what’s possible. I'm always learning and committed to staying curious.
