I am a results-driven educational leader with extensive experience across K12 education in roles spanning teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum leadership, and school administration. I am committed to designing equitable, engaging learning environments that empower all students to reach their full potential. My work bridges instructional leadership, curriculum and instruction, digital integration, and professional learning, grounded in the belief that every student deserves access to high quality, inclusive education. I specialize in leading scalable districtwide initiatives focused on curriculum design and instructional improvement, aligning strategies to College and Career Ready Standards, STEM, and equity goals. I integrate technology to elevate student voice, increase access, and support diverse learners. With a strong background in K–12 math education, instructional coaching, and adult learning, I’ve guided educators across systems to implement best practices that close opportunity gaps and improve outcomes for historically underserved students, ultimately reducing barriers to postsecondary success.
