What do these people have in common? Small Business Owner – needs assistance in achieving the award they just won. Hotel General Manager – needs help in creating accounts for their staff to learn which training to complete or certifications needed for their hotel to remain compliant. Presenter – wants to teach a virtual class while figuring out the logistics. I have helped folks like these, some more complex than others, and for each situation, I always had a pleasant smile, remained consistently patient and assisted them as best as I could. I enjoy taking complex things and simplifying them while providing help to those who need it best. I have been the subject matter expert on topics I knew nothing about, but because I put myself in the shoes of others, is how I figured things out. It gives me a better perspective and helps me to help others in better ways. I am known for making things simple so that when someone is not able to solve a problem on their own or seems puzzled, I am there to make the road they are traveling on as easy as possible (check out my recommendations). Wore many hats from providing top-notch customer service within a training department to providing technical support to users in the hospitality field, to creating schedules for trainers who all did not teach the same subject across multiple locations.
