About Gail Robison

Experienced Registered Nurse, in a wide variety of clinical environments including acute care, office, home health and long term-care. After many years as a Registered Nurse in various health organizations, it was consistently obvious to me that better staff interaction and processes improved the lives of both patients and staff. Each position I held challenged me to find ways to enhance not only the patient experience, but the staff experience as we dealt with new challenges. I worked on promoting a team environment, improving processes, and building trust to not only achieve better results, but shorten the time it took to get them. Even when working directly with patients I never stopped looking at the big picture. What I learned about operational excellence came from years of reviewing, diagnosing, educating, updating, managing, and enforcing the standards that brought continuous improvement to patients, doctors, staff and the reputation of the organization. Operations is now my passion. Successful companies are built on strategic goals. But I believe they keep their edge through vigilance, awareness, communication, discipline and persistence. For me there's nothing better than rolling up my sleeves with a motivated team that shares the same goal: results. Whether it's process improvement, project/product management, customer experience enhancement, I want to use my decades of experience in healthcare to help a business or organization succeed at its goals and build a matchless customer experience.
