I’m skilled in navigating the full change journey—from working with teams to understand requirements and define scope, to building strong business cases and presenting them at board level. I collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to design and implement practical, effective solutions. Change management is central to my approach. I develop robust strategies that include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, testing, and tailored training.
