About Gal Levin

A multi-disciplinary scientist with a training and experience in clinical practice. Educational training includes Bachelors of Science in Clinical Nutrition, Masters of Science in Cardiovascular Pharmacology and Ph.D. in Electrophysiology. I have held four research positions since graduation, and acquired research experience working on all levels, from the protein, via the cell and tissue, to the whole animal. My core education is in biology, nutrition, cardiovascular pharmacology, electrophysiology and neuroscience. However, I have additional training and knowledge in basic economics, epidemiology, and psychology; as well as experience in teaching. Other areas of interest have encompassed working with the Market Research Committee of Health Care Businesswoman’s Association and New England Israel Business Council 2012 Summit. Currently, I am looking for professional opportunities utilizing my main areas of expertise: metabolic health, the cardiovascular system, and neurobiology. Highly appreciated would be opportunities related to Health Economy (outcome research, market research), and in Medical Science Communication.
