About Gale Audier

Accomplished, multifaceted, Agile professional with experience as a Agile Transformation Coach, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master for collocated and distributed teams on high profile corporate initiatives. The transformation journey I lead merged several IT departments from acquisitions into one cohesive agile framework and lean portfolio team. Education of top leadership, training for associates, coaching and iterative improvement opportunities, and portfolio structuring. As a Scrum Master, I am actively facilitating our division’s agile transformation and fostering an agile mindset within each component: The executive management team, the product group and five disbursed development teams. As a servant leader, I work with all our teams through an ongoing process of inspecting our successes and challenges, then coach the team to adapt in ways that foster our overall collaboration and safety within the group. Building and maintaining this safe space for all to contribute, is currently my top priority for these teams. As a Product Owner, I have been responsible for the overall vision, scope and value of the development team’s deliverables to the business. My focus is on delivering quantitative and qualitative business solutions through iterative design while fostering highly collaborative, team-driven solutions. Coordinating four distributed development teams toward the goal of launching two entirely new products to the company’s platform, within a tight time frame was challenging. As a team, we rose to the occasion and successfully achieved the goal. I have a broad base of experience across the health care, financial lending, financial planning and investments, and logistics industries. I am always eager to learn and grow. Scrum is my preferred methodology and an agile business mindset is my philosophy. I enjoy companies that desire growth, create change and experiment for success.
