I am a highly motivated, results driven insurance professional with extensive leadership, organizational and analytical skills used to facilitate the claims process and to motivate and inspire staff. I effectively execute a hands-on management style to ensure optimal office operations.Presently, I’m a Recovery Supervisor at National Subrogation Services. I manage several different team’s handling multiple clients, specializing in property loss subrogation.I held a Claims Manager position in the Subrogation Unit of Liberty Mutual Insurance, specializing in personal lines auto and NY NF recoveries and incoming third party subrogation claims. I had full responsibility for managing all claims activities and personnel functions.Prior to that position, I've held a variety of positions at Liberty Mutual (Adjuster, Supervisor, Assistant Manager/Team Manager and Manager across all lines of business, Subrogation, BI, Auto PhysDam, Worker's Compensation, Property and NY No-Fault, personal as well as commercial lines. I have extensive experience in all facets of claims management including operational reviews, advising on technically involved cases and extending settlement authority.I am a certified Arbitration Forums panelist in both the Auto and NY forums (1987-present), I am a committee member of the NY NF Loss Transfer Advisory Committee (2003-present) and was the NY Chapter Chairman of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (2005-2015).
