Throughout my career, I have consistently worked with suppliers/vendors and cross functional teams to build strong relationships that deliver end-to end software sourcing and procurement strategies demonstrating an exceptional ability to achieve contractual results that drive business success in a dynamic environment. In my role as Program Lead/Focal for North America Software Cost Savings and Spend and as Program Lead for G2O (Green to Open - use of no charge open source vs commercial software) I have created, led and managed transformative initiatives resulting in significant cost-savings plans that saved IBM millions of dollars a year.
