From to 2017, as principal of the Zango Group, Galen contributed research and wrote articles for the PwC Center for Technology Innovation, contributed articles to publications such as CIO and DailyWireless, and wrote and packaged books for John Wiley & Sons. Prior, Galen had been editor of Macworld and M-Business magazines, executive editor of Upside magazine, West Coast bureau chief of Computerworld, and associate editor of Software.
