About Galih Permana

As a final year Psychology student at Bina Nusantara University, I have developed a solid foundation in various HR practices, such as creating training programs, designing learning modules, utilizing psychological assessment tools, analyzing learning behavior, and performing evaluations. My passion lies in the intersection of learning and development within corporate settings. With a strong academic background in psychology, I effectively apply these principles to design and implement impactful learning experiences. During my tenure as an E-Learning Specialist and E-Learning Content Development intern, I have honed my insights and skills. My experience includes a successful internship at Samudera Indonesia, where I contributed to the Samudera Indonesia Corporate University team from August 2023 to December 2023. In this role, I was responsible for building, developing and curating a variety of training content to ensure it was not only informative but also engaging for diverse audiences. I also conducted an internal assessments of behavior and work results. Additionally, my internship as an E-Learning Specialist at PFI Mega Life Insurance provided me with hands-on experience in creating and managing effective e-learning content, further enhancing my skills in this area. I am keen to further develop my knowledge and skills in HR, and I am enthusiastic about exploring new opportunities within this field.
