Successfully contributing to both revenue and cost reduction targets, my achievements include involvement in successful acquisitions including cultural integration post settlement; contributions to EBITDA include re-structuring, leading business improvement initiatives achieving significant FTE savings annually. My scorecard also features successful achievement of staff engagement and retention during difficult restructures, and through my leadership style, consultative approach, gravitas at executive and board level, I have stewarded business in unionised environments achieving positive industrial and employee relations outcomes.
