This experience offered deep insights into the technicalities of the field and laid the groundwork for my career. Later, I joined Ceva Logistics, where for 1.5 years I worked on Amazon Operations, focusing on reporting and data analysis. This role honed my ability to navigate complex data, identify actionable insights, and improve operational workflows. Currently, I work as a Customer Relations Specialist at Horoz Logistics. In my role, I focus on analyzing customer feedback, assess service performance, and uncover areas for improvement. My responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights that contribute to continuous improvement.
