About Ganady Summitt

I am a graduate from the University of North Texas where I studied Kinesiology. I am currently pursuing a career in research and development, and hopefully a career in prosthetics at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas. As a double amputee, I want to do my best to help others who share the same difficulties and obstacles that I've had to deal with and overcome throughout the years. In addition to being a recent college graduate, I'm also maintained a job at Braum’s Ice Cream, where I've worked for over six years. I also put in 200+ hours of community service from June 2013 through August 2013 as a dishwasher at The Daily Bread soup kitchen. And with the strong work ethic that I've gained throughout the years and a positive and hopeful attitude, I believe I will make an excellent employee and hopefully, great leader.
