I'm an UK MCA certified Chief Engineer (unlimited licence holder) working in offshore oil and gas industry for more than 20 years.I'm working as a Chief Engineer on heavy lift, pipe lay and construction vessels DLS4200 and Delma I have ARAMCO and ADMA approval for pipe lay and heavy lift vessels.I'm a hands on Engineer with proper marine engineering knowledge and skills acquired during long time association with reputed companies operating in oil and gas sector. I have a strong commitment towards HSE culture and believes in there is always something to learn in our everyday work.I'm a team player and have a pleasant experience of working with multinational/multi cultural crew. Experienced with Azimuth Stern Drives. Makes viz. Rolls Royce (Z Drives & L Drives) Aquamaster, Ulstein, C.P.P tunnel thrusters, Diesel Electric Propulsion with variable frequency drives of make ABB, Wartsila & Siemens. Participated in many vessel dry dock for upgrade and classification survey purposes.Familiar with classification society surveys/inspections, pre charter surveys and port state inspections. Been through numerous FMEA, Annual DP trials & Audits with Noble Denton/Poseidon Marine,Global marine and well comprehend the Kongsberg DP philosophy (KFDD).
