Certified in ITIL Intermediate SO, Prince 2 Practitioner, Azure fundamentals and Azure administrator associate. started my core IT role in Jan 2003 with Wipro and worked with other IT majors like IBM,ATOS Global. 24+ years of experience working with business partners, diverse technical SME’s, and supporting teams,(Technical Team, Finance, SOC, Vendors etc). Experience in managing Technical SMEs, IT Managers, 200+ high performing engineering teams. Developing goals and performance appraisal for the team. 5 years of experience in managing Airport IT infrastructure and applications such as CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, CUSS, CUTE, AODB etc. at Bangalore International Airport.
