A passionate Civil Engineer with global experience in Designing and building durable concrete floors, launching new flooring systems such as jointless and seamless floors. I have led go-to-market strategies as has been evidenced by my efforts in North America and the Middle East, where I launched value-added products and took them to 20% of the business in a short span of 2 years. In India, I launched Prestressing in building segment and Steel fibre reinforced concrete in Industrial flooring, both were a turning point in the industry and are state of the art now. My key areas of specialization include functional & strategic leadership, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy. I have been responsible for business transformation evidenced through market analysis for India and the Middle East in defining go-to-market strategies for sustainable business (0 - 3.5 Mn $ in 6 years) resulting in 50% growth in 2 years. Also evidenced is how I have led the business landscape in North America, having converted 35% business to key customers in 3 years. My achievements include evidencing 17% YOY growth for Pre-stressing strand sales, creating a high-performance flooring segment and a dominant position for Bekaert with 75% market share, a revised product mix and manpower optimization in the Middle East and achieving 100% YOY growth, and launching high value products and applications in North America, resulting in sales growth from 0.5 Mn $ in 1.5 years.
