I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management More than 2 decades of work experience with some of the biggest brands like Reliance Retail, McDonalds, The Orchid, Intercontinental, The Lalit & JW Marriott, handling various roles in HR, L&D & OD space. I assist organizations in their growth by strategizing, designing & executing their learning maps. I anchor critical conversations in organizations, communities & for NGOs to help them achieve their desired outcomes around vision, mission, values definitions, strategy & planning. I specialise in OD interventions, Learning design architecture, Outbound Learning & Facilitative interventions.
