Ganesh Khude, Social Work professional. Completed Master’s degree in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS-2015). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (B. Pharmacy) from the University of Mumbai. Passionate to work in Social Responsibility with belief, it acts as a soft power in the development of organization and society. He is having 8 + years of experience in working with Corporate Social Responsibility, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) & Central Government Policymaking Institutions, the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, Government of India. He also served in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) segment with the Glenmark Foundation, under the department of Corporate Communications, Investor relations, and Strategy at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited for 4 years. In the not-for-profit segment, he had an experience in planning and managing programs in women's health, child and adolescent health, gender, education, livelihood- skill development, social enterprise and Self-Help Groups, Cooperative formations, stakeholder management, and employee volunteering. He believes in the practice of research-driven project planning and management. Resilience is in his nature, he is a team builder and integrator, and what inspires him is curiosity-led thinking.
