With over two decades of diverse and impactful work experience, I am the Founder & CEO of Karma Nuts, a company that offers healthy and delicious cashews, built on the legacy of my 90+ year old family business, WENDERS. I have a strong background in health sciences and technology, with a MS from MIT and Harvard Medical School, and a MBA from UCLA Anderson. These credentials have enabled me to apply scientific and business insights to create and grow Karma Nuts, which has won multiple awards and recognition for its innovative products and social impact. Prior to launching Karma Nuts, I worked at Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care, in various functions such as business development, product development, and strategic planning. I leveraged my skills in strategy, process improvement, and new business development to identify and execute opportunities for growth, innovation, and quality in the diabetes care market. I am passionate about creating positive change in the world through entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration. I value diversity, sustainability, and quality in everything I do, and I strive to empower and inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams.
